Policy Title: Partner Referral Program Policy

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to outline the guidelines and procedures for the Partner Referral Program offered by Sales Management Institute (SMI Inc.). The program is designed to reward individuals and organizations for referring new partners to the SMI Inc. Authorized Business Partnership Program.

Scope: This policy applies to all current partners and individuals who refer potential partners to Sales Management Institute (SMI Inc.) under the Partner Referral Program.

Eligibility:

  • The referrer must be a current partner or individual with a valid account with Sales Management Institute (SMI Inc.).
  • The referral must lead to a successful enrollment of a new partner into the Sales Management Institute (SMI Inc.) Authorized Business Partnership Program.

Referral Reward:

  • Upon successful referral, the referrer will receive a reward of $250 worth of SMI Inc. products which includes X number of Paid Membership Vouchers, Certification exam Voucher, Exam Simulator etc.
  • The $250 reward will be added to the referrer’s SMI Inc. partner wallet.
  • The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referral Process:

  1. Submission: The referrer must submit the referral through the official PMOGI referral form, or by email to partner@sales-institute.org
  2. Verification: Sales Management Institute (SMI Inc.) will verify the details of the referred partner and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  3. Enrollment: The referred partner must successfully enroll in the SMI Inc. Authorized Business Partnership Program and complete all necessary agreements.
  4. Reward Issuance: Once the enrollment is confirmed, the $250 reward will be credited to the referrer’s partner wallet within 10 working days.

Limitations:

  • Each referrer is eligible for one reward per referred partner. Multiple referrals of the same organization or individual will not result in additional rewards.
  • Referrals of current or previously authorized SMI Inc. partners are not eligible for rewards.
  • PMO Global Institute reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Use of Referral Reward:

  • The reward added to the partner wallet can only be used to purchase products from the SMI Inc. store.
  • The reward must be used within 12 months from the date it is credited. Any unused balance after this period will expire.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes or concerns regarding the referral process or reward issuance must be reported to SMI Inc. within30 days of the referral reward being credited.
  • SMI Inc. will review and resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality:

  • All information submitted as part of the referral process will be treated confidentially and in accordance with PMOGI’s privacy policy.
