Welcome to the Sales Master Certified Professional course. This course is primarily designed for professionals in sales leadership roles. This course is best suited and highly encouraged for experienced sales managers, heads of sales, sales directors, sales managers transitioning into senior sales leadership roles, CEOs, SME heads, etc.

This course will deep dive into the intricacies of sales leadership, team leadership, sales motivation, training, recruitment, sales leadership styles, sales mentoring and coaching, etc. This course would also reinforce general practices and introduce some new concepts very much talked about in sales leadership. This Sales Master Certified Professional (SMCP)® certification program is based on Sales Management Guidebook (SMGuidebook)® First Edition theory and best practices paired with hands-on, real-world exercises taught by instructors who are experienced, SMCP® certified professionals.

Sales Master Certified Professional (SMCP)® certification is the most important industry-recognized series of credentials for sales professionals working in, or associated with, sales management activities and related services. The advanced level certification is targeted at those Sales leaders, Sales managers, sales members, and all stakeholders involvement in sales environments. This course explains the advance knowledge to understand how sales can grow exponential through proper learning and practice.

To ensure your success in this course, you should have experience with moderate and advance level of sales management concepts and have at least 5 years of some working experience with sales management role.

For this course, students will need complete systems to access your virtual classroom if you are presenting remotely. They will need Microsoft Office applications to access the sample documents and templates. Each computer will need the following general hardware configurations:

  • 1 gigahertz (GHz) 64-bit (x64) processor.
  • 2 gigabytes (GB) of Random Access Memory (RAM).
  • 32 GB available storage space.
  • Monitor capable of a screen resolution of at least 1,024 × 768 pixels, at least a 256-color display, and a video adapter with at least 4 MB of memory.
  • Keyboard and mouse or a compatible pointing device.
  • Internet access (contact your local network administrator).
  • (Instructor computer only) A display system to project the instructor’s computer screen.
